Safe Use & Customer Responsibility
To ensure a safe experience:

We strongly recommend a patch test before first use (especially for acids, retinoids, and active ingredients).
Avoid mixing strong actives without proper guidance.
Store products properly (away from heat/sunlight/humidity as directed by the brand).
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that:

Payment Method
For transparency and customer confidence, Skin Society only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
Please ensure the full amount is available upon receiving your order.
We may cancel or hold an order if:
The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
We cannot reach you to confirm the order (when required).
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
In such cases, we will contact you to offer alternatives or confirm an update/cancellation.
Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.2 Eligible Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is:
Unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with any seals intact (if applicable).
Returned with order number / proof of purchase.

We accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

Non-Returnable Cases
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
If possible, record a short unboxing video when opening the package.
Take clear photos of the product and the issue.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with your order number and media.
We will review and provide a fast solution.
